Updating Payment Methods
Keep your FitFlow subscription active by maintaining up-to-date payment information. This guide explains how to update, add, or remove payment methods.
When to Update Payment Methods
You should update your payment method when:
Your credit card expires
You receive a new card due to loss or theft
You want to switch to a different card
Your billing address changes
You need to update cardholder information
Payment fails due to insufficient funds
How to Update Your Payment Method
FitFlow doesn't keep a payment-methods screen of its own, and it never shows or stores your card number. Your payment method lives in the secure Stripe billing portal.
Step 1: Open the Stripe Billing Portal
Log in to your FitFlow account
Open the portal from either place:
Billing (in the sidebar): click Manage subscription on the Your subscription card
Settings › Plan : click Manage billing (or the Update payment method tile)
If you own a Team organization, you can also use Payment Methods on the Billing tab of the Organization page
These buttons appear only on a paid plan. On the Free plan you have no payment method on file.
Step 2: Update Card Information
In the billing portal, choose to add a new payment method or update the existing one
Enter your new payment details:
Cardholder name
Card number (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
Expiration date (MM/YY)
Security code (CVC/CVV)
Billing ZIP/postal code
Step 3: Set as Default (if multiple cards)
If you have multiple payment methods, make the new one your default in the billing portal
Future charges will use this payment method
You can keep backup payment methods on file
Step 4: Verify and Save
Review all information for accuracy
Save the payment method in the billing portal
Return to FitFlow when you're done
